Microteach
The microteach was one of our very first assignments in this program and course, and I knew I had to include it in my portfolio. It marks the beginning of my journey, and I want to look back and see just how far I've come. This assignment holds a special place in my heart because it gave me the right start and was a key moment in overcoming my fear of public speaking.
The microteach is a 3-minute presentation on any topic of our choice, and I decided to share something that’s been a game changer for me—fitness. Fitness has truly transformed me for the better, and I wanted to express just how much it means to me.
