The strengths approach is not just an idea; it is the result of a revolutionary, five-decade study of excellence. This research provides a new perspective on striving for excellence and identifying opportunities for making the greatest contributions.

Greatest talents—those natural ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving—are a source of innate power and potential.

Tapping into this natural wisdom and strength leads to improved personal engagement and a better quality of life.

This can be explained by the strong connection between who people are and what they excel at, what they excel at and how they feel, and how they feel and how they perform.

Challenge Cards

Selecting a specific job title can be challenging for students and the advisors who support them.

Limited experience, knowledge, exposure to the workforce, and fear of making the wrong decision can hinder students from exploring their full potential.

The Challenge Cards provide tools to inspire students and encourage them to view the world through the lens of challenges and opportunities, rather than being confined by job titles

Reflections Matter

Reframe Our flaws

I used to believe that being an overthinker was a negative trait that would cause more harm than good, and I considered it my biggest flaw, leading me to underestimate myself. However, once I shifted my perspective on what it means to be an overthinker, my outlook changed. By viewing it through the lens of being highly motivated and driven, rather than someone who gets stuck in cycles of excessive analysis, worry, and indecision, I realized it's not a bad characteristic at all.

Reflection is a Skill

Reflection has always been a significant part of life, with journaling as a consistent practice since childhood. Looking back on these entries has been a rewarding way to measure personal growth. Reflection is seen as vital for staying grounded, enhancing self-awareness, and learning from mistakes to foster continuous personal development.
